We are 60MLS ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered on the Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia.
All bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation, covering staffing, beverages, mobile bar, preparation, and associated event services. We will issue an invoice for payment. A contract will exist between us from the date we receive the 50% Booking Deposit. Payment can be made via direct deposit or credit card upon proposal acceptance. Once the booking deposit is received, we cannot accommodate significant reductions in guest numbers, but group increases are possible with sufficient notice. Final payment must be made 2 weeks before the event unless stated otherwise. If paid guests fail to attend the event, their fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Once a booking is confirmed, guest numbers can only be increased and not decreased due to various factors, including potential event expenses and scheduling constraints that affect our ability to accommodate other clients on the same or adjacent dates. Please note that no refunds will be processed for deposits, subtotals, or total payments (whether by Direct Deposit or Credit Card) if a booking is cancelled within 12 weeks of the event. If we cancel the event a full refund will be given.
All listed prices are inclusive of GST. Additional surcharges will be applicable for services booked on Public Holidays and New Year's Eve. Bookings made for the day before Public Holidays may also incur a surcharge if our staff are needed to work on the Public Holiday to provide services for your event.
A refundable glassware security deposit of $150 is mandatory. This deposit must be paid before your event. 60MLS staff will inform you of any missing or broken glassware the day after your event. Any unreturned or broken glassware will be subject to a charge of $5 per glass. We reserve the option to arrange for the collection of glassware from the venue at a later time for an additional fee. Please advise if the venue is glass-free at least 2 weeks before the event.
Please be advised that although we strive to provide the menus as displayed at the time of booking, our beverage menu selections, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Menu pricing applicable at the time of the event will apply.
60MLS makes diligent efforts to adhere to all relevant legislation and standards concerning safe work practices. We strictly adhere to the guidelines set forth by the National Alcohol Beverage Industries Council regarding the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Our staff are instructed not to serve alcohol to individuals under the age of 18 or to guests who are visibly intoxicated. We retain the right to cease liquor service as necessary.
We disclaim liability and do not accept responsibility for any damage or loss to you, your property, or the property of a third party arising from the transportation of our equipment under your direction. No compensation will be provided in such instances.
The Client and its guests are prohibited from providing beverages or related equipment without prior arrangement with 60MLS. The Client represents and warrants that either the Client or its designated responsible person is of legal age to purchase alcohol. Any alcohol purchased from us becomes the sole responsibility of the Client, including compliance with applicable laws governing the sale and supply of alcohol.
By engaging in our services, you agree to allow us to use images of you captured during our service for advertising and promotional purposes across any medium of our choosing. You hereby grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to utilise these images for publicity and promotional endeavours. Kindly inform us if you have concerns regarding this matter before the event.
