We source our wines from a local boutique wine store on the Central Coast, renowned for its sophisticated selection process. Our focus is on promoting smaller wineries that minimise the use of synthetic chemicals and additives, ensuring a genuine representation of their craft. We take pride in offering wines that are exclusively available on select restaurant lists, boutique bottle shops, or through our beverage packages at 60MLS.
Our offerings include only premium and deluxe packages, reflecting the high quality of the wines we use. The 60MLS team, in collaboration with a sommelier, have curated a selection of our favourite beers and wines. However, we are happy to accommodate specific preferences for a particular grape, beer style or brand upon request.
